Flightline is a classic Art Deco sunburst design with bird's wing and feather decorative elements.

The case consists of 167 pieces of hand-cut maple and mahogany veneer laid over a frame of lacewood and aircraft-grade birch plywood.

Thin mahogany rays separate wide quilted maple rays. The "toe" and ring highlight are maple burl. The base is mahogany.

The inspiration for this project is the Wright Brothers Memorial at Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina

The meshed exhaust vents on top.

The cover is kept narrrow (40mm) by use of the Gigabyte Thin Mini-ITX motherboard.

The coverless chassis is fully self contained. Other than the vents the cover is purely decorative.
